I originally wanted Rock guard or chip guard whatever from Sem Products (who BTW makes excellent supplies) but went with this instead because of price. I was kinda on a limb to begin with since I wanted to delete all chrome on my first gen Tundra. Sanded, scuffed,cleaned,self etch primer, then sprayed this. It came out flawless. I love the durability and perfect texture. Going to be spraying rockers and front bumper skirt next. So we'll see cuz you know how chrome is. But all in all well worth the high dollar spray can. Maybe a couple pointers are: try warming up the can for a Lil bit before spraying ( I left mine out in the sun for like 3 hours) or try putting the can in hot water. And yes shake the damn can as much as you can. And then.........shake it some more. You really can't shake this stuff up enough. I spend an entire evening prepping, masking and applying this to my vehicle. I took it to the car wash a few days after it had time to dry and a huge chunk of what I painted came off in motile pieces. Ever since then (I redid the area where it came off) I have to re apply it every few weeks since it will not stay on. Don't buy this one for your car. Get anything else.
